In addition to providing an exceptional work environment, The Estate at Mt. Healthy Christian Home through the Christian Benevolent Association provides eligible employees with a comprehensive package of benefits. These benefits include medical, prescription drug plan, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 403(b) retirement savings plan with company match. The CBA pays 85% of the employee cost for medical and prescription drug benefits, as well as 50% cost for elected dependents. In addition to low premiums, the Plan will reimburse 50% of medical expense deductibles and 50% of in-patient and out-patient co-insurance costs. Also offered is a "cafeteria" section 125 plan, which saves the employee money by reducing taxable income. The Estate at Mt.
